REFUND POLICY โ SmarterBook Last Updated: April 7, 2026 โโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโ ALL SALES ARE FINAL SmarterBook sells digital software delivered via an instantly-issued license key and/or recurring subscription. Because the product is delivered immediately and electronically upon purchase, all sales are final by default. By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy. โโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโ THE SOLE EXCEPTION โ VERIFIED NON-FUNCTIONAL KEY If your license key is objectively non-functional (our license server confirms the key exists, has not been activated, and returns an error upon activation attempts), you may be eligible for a full refund or key replacement. To qualify, ALL of the following conditions must be met: 1. You must open a support ticket in our Discord server (discord.gg/h4BVp4XEn8) within 24 hours of your original purchase timestamp 2. Your ticket must include your order number or purchase email 3. You must demonstrate the issue with a screenshot or screen recording showing the error during activation 4. Our team will verify your key's status on the backend 5. If confirmed defective and a replacement cannot be issued, a full refund will be processed within 3โ5 business days โโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโ RECURRING SUBSCRIPTIONS For Whop recurring subscription plans: you may cancel your subscription at any time from your Whop dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. No refunds are issued for any billing period that has already been charged, regardless of whether the key for that period has been used. โโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโ WHAT DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR A REFUND The following do not qualify under any circumstances: โข Change of mind after purchase โข Accidental or duplicate purchase โข Failure to follow installation instructions (free support is available in Discord 24/7) โข Incompatibility or disruption caused by McGraw Hill platform updates โข Key shared with or used by another person โข Academic consequences, disciplinary actions, grade penalties, or any institutional consequence resulting from use of the software โ you accept full responsibility at the time of purchase (see Terms of Service ยง7) โข Request submitted more than 24 hours after purchase timestamp โข Key that has already been successfully activated โข Dissatisfaction with results, accuracy, or feature set โข Upgrade keys โ tier changes apply instantly and cannot be reversed โข Subscription periods already billed under a recurring plan โโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโ CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a purchase that does not qualify under this policy constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service and will result in permanent revocation of your license and all future access to SmarterBook services.
